Payment - Delivery - Taxes


PAYMENT OPTIONS


We are pleased to provide a choice of secure payment options to suit our customers varied requirements.


1. SHOPIFY SHOPPING CART / CHECKOUT

In partnership with Shopify, we accept payment by all popular credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal. Cardholders will be charged in GBP (UK pounds sterling).


Taxes at Destination - Apart from UK orders the shopping cart does not automatically include local taxes or customs clearance charges where applicable.


If you would like us to charge you for taxes please request an e-invoice (see below)


2. E-INVOICE - Stripe Payments.

In partnership with Stripe Payments, we can email customers a pdf format invoice with a secure Stripe Payments link. Stripe accept payments with all popular credit and debit cards. This method is ideal for special orders, back orders, and non-UK countries where you wish to have your local taxes pre-charged. There are two advantages - i) we also cover any customs clearance and handling charges, free of charge to you  and ii) Customs clearance is expedited.


Please note: We can only offer the pre-payment of taxes on purchases of watches &/or accessories with an order total exceeding £500 ex.tax.

DELIVERY TIMES

Items shown as in stock will normally ship the next working day following  receipt of payment. Typically Shipping times after goods leave our office are;

UK: Royal Mail / Courier 1-2 days,

Europe: Courier 2 days; RoyalMail- 3-5 days,

USA: Courier 2-3 days; RoyalMail- 5 days,

Rest of World :Courier 3-5 days; RoyalMail- 5-10 days,

Please note that actual receipt of goods will vary according due to customs clearance delays, weather, strikes or other unforseeable factors.


CUSTOMS DUTY and TAXES

The total price charged at checkout includes free courier delivery for orders over £500 and free delivery by Royal Mail for all other orders


UNABLE TO DELIVER.

If delivery cannot be achieved after 2 or 3 attempts the goods may be returned to us. Redelivery from us will then incur additional shipping and other possible related charges. Alternatively if goods are still in the destination country, the customer may incur local re-delivery charges, payable directly to our courier's local agent or postal service.



ORDER RETURNS and COSTS


SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should first advise us by email that you wish to return your product and subject to any of the relevant terms and conditions above, we will then authorise and accept return of goods. We take no responsibility for goods returned without prior authorisation.


Please follow our instructions, in particular regarding description of goods, to avoid or minimise possible delays or avoidable charges by UK customs on re-import.

SHIPPING RETURN COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods.


We recommend you use a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.




EXCHANGES and REFUNDS


Goods may be returned for a Refund or Exchange within 15 days of purchase or Exchange only within 30 days. After this time, Refund or Exchange will be entirely at our discretion.. To be eligible for a Refund or Exchange, your item must be in new unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Only goods purchased on our website or directly from us are eligible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the Original Purchaser and only to the original source of payment.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges may be granted: a. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. b. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. d.


Any Import taxes, duties or associated customs charges which we cannot normally recover will not be credited. e. Our original incurred Shipping costs, even if original delivery was free of charge.
